A year ago today I gave birth for a third time. I was induced(also for a third time)at midnight. I expected my labor to be quick and easy(epidural). Well it was neither quick nor easy. I ended up being in labor for 17 hours!!! My epidural quit working after 10 hours. So I would definitely say I labored, and he was worth every second of it. My life has been forever changed because of him. I am in love.
How did you look so good after giving birth? Amazing. I love these pictures. And I know what you mean about being in love. And you get to be in love 4 times over! You have four boys to love! :) So great.
So cute but didn't your doctor know the term booster shot for your epidural-sorry lady. Right when I clicked on your blog my tv said "up next...yo gabbab gabba!!" and London squealled, perfect timing.
he's seriously got to be one of the most beautiful newborns ever. i remember after he was born, i was such a harper hog because he made me so excited for wendy.
my favorite photos ever are of moms right after they deliver holding their babies. the tired eyes and weak grins but they are so beautiful. I look at mine own and others and it always gets me choked up. so so beautiful. Sniff. Okay when's the next:)
happy birthday harper! i can't believe i haven't seen you in over a year and that we haven't had the birth story talk. it must not have been that bad because you looked great. let's just say mine will never ever make the internet. :)
I am "the mom" to 3 boys and a little girl. Through taking a microarray test, we found out that my Davy girl has a rare chromosome deletion. I have written this out in hopes to find others who have any similiar conditions.
Davy has a microdeletion of 1p31.1-1p31.3. She has panhypopituitarism, a cleft lip and palate, Congenital heart defects(asd, vsd, pda and had a CoArc). She had a surgery for malrotation of the intestines, and a g-tube put in to feed her. She has GERD with esophagitis dysphagia. She is on multiple medictions that need to be given round the clock. Three of those she will need for the rest of her life. To read about her journey start here.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY HARPER!! I cannot believe it has already been 1 year!
I agree with Heather, Harper was the most beautiful newborn...and he is still beautiful!
